She will read Groovy Joe Dance Party Countdown by Eric Litwin.  Groovy Joe is a guitar hero playing dog who loves to sing and dance, but Joe gets crowded when many other dogs come and join him.  She will also read Groovy Joe Ice Cream & Dinosaurs.   Groovy Joe shares his tub of ice cream with some  unexpected Dinosaurs.  We will also read Giraffes Can’t Dance by Giles Andreae.  When Gerald the  giraffe feels too  awkward to dance, a cricket teaches him that he just has to find his own music.  We will have a dance activity.

Alabama Department of Archives and History Awards Ceremony

Join the Alabama Department of Archives and History as they teach us about the story and history of Alabama including famous Alabamians. There will be hands on activities and much more. We will also have an awards ceremony for all who participated and also something special for the individual who read the most books.
